DEORI is a fast-acting insecticide containing Fenobucarb (BPMC) 50% EC. It is effective against a wide range of pests through contact, ingestion, and systemic action. This broad-spectrum contact insecticide is used in paddy fields, cotton, wood, grains, oilseeds, top fruits, vegetables, tea, and other crops to control brown plant hoppers, green plant hoppers, and other hoppers. Its application should be based on climatic conditions and approval from local authorities.
Mode of Action:
DEORI is a broad-spectrum insecticide that kills pests upon contact by disrupting their nervous system. When pests come into contact with it, it binds to the active site of the cholinesterase (ChE) enzyme, preventing the breakdown of acetylcholine (Ach) in the synaptic cleft, ultimately leading to pest paralysis and death.
